Pictures from Chris's Visit home

Sorry it has taken me so long to get some new pictures on here... Things were a whirlwind while Chris was home, then the family has taken turns (too many times) being sick. All seem to be well now though (except for allergies).

Life is good... we are just so very much looking foward to Chris coming home... just about 3 months left! Praise the Lord!!!

(Yes, this post is a couple months old... ) Here is Zayden with his cake. We tricked our guests and frosted a twinkie box in the shape of a bathtub (he had sponge cake for his "duckie" theme). Much to our guest's surprise, instead of taking a big bite out, he opened the side and we took out twinkies for everyone (for the scrapbook page we had everyone back home, and Chris in Iraq toast to Zay by eating twinkies in his honor). He really enjoyed the frosting, marshmellows and twinkies!

Here are some pictures from the day we went on post and participated in the making of a commercial that sends a "Happy Thanksgiving" greeting to our troops serving over seas as well as to the folks here at home. It is going to be aired at the Seahawks game on Thanksgiving day! We are so happy, because that is Chris's team and he should be watching! (Just loved how God worked that out :)
